Court
rules in favour of pre-nuptials
The Supreme Court has ruled that pre-nuptial agreements can
have compelling weight and should be taken into account during
a divorce settlement. If you have never thought about a pre-nuptial
agreement consider what might happen if you had to watch your

Fixed-fee divorces arrive in Lincoln
In response to Government cuts to Legal Aid, Mckinnells are
the first firm in Lincoln to introduce fixed-fees for divorce
proceedings. This brings to an end the uncertainly when charging
hourly rates and stops our clients from having to watch the
